try puting on your dash velcroed to a beanbag The satilites can be picked up through glass but not through fiberglass

That is going to be a tough one. Unfortunately for this situation, a magnet mount requires a magnetic surface to work properly. The problem here is that corvette's are made of fiberglass, last thing I knew anyways. If this is true, then you are going to require some more hardware to mount that antenna anywhere sylish or useful. Does it work in the trunk? If it can get a signal in the trunk, then you can mount a metal plate and the mounting equip. there, unseen by the general public. Or, you can try cutting a hole in the trunk or hood assembly and mounting it that way. The fiberglass is probably too thick to mount a metal plate underneath and the mounting assembly on top (trunk, hood assembly, roof, etc...). It looks like you are in for some work. For what it's worth, I hope that I am wrong and there is a metal part of the body that you can mount your antenna on...

i would say a valve cover, but those should be aluminum. In a vet?? you might have to glue a piece of painted steel on the body somewhere, then attach it to that. Maybe you can have one made up that looks good instead of a piece of rusty scrap??
