Anyone else having paint problems with their Lumina?

Question

I have a '95 Lumina and the paint is just peeling off in chunks. We have even sanded the roof and hood,primed and repainted it only to have it start up again. I have seen several of them on the road with the same problem. I heard it's something w/ the metal or a step was missed when they painted these cars. Just wondering if there is a way to fix it so it doesn't look so bad. It runs great, but looks like crap

I guess a lot of people had such a problem with this in Luminas that GM agreed to repaint for the first 100K miles or for 5 years, but that was in 1995 and the five years are since up... Maybe if you wrote to GM and requested it, they'd hear you out. Can't hurt to try. I was reading that it has a lot to do with de-lamination.
