Do you have any type of aftermarket lighting like HID installed?? If so, they may have to be removed & put back to factory!!!!
Next, like above said. You should take it to the dealership & have them look at it. It could be something simple but your changing all these others parts for nothing could get mighty expensive.
There are several fuses & relays that control lighting, are both high & low beams not working??
Check DRL/EXT fuse & EXT LTS fuse. But to be honest, a fuse doesn't just blow for the heck of it. Something caused it to blow & if you don't find out the cause of the short, it will most likely blow again if that the problem.
Also the BCM(Body Control Module) is also part of the headlight/DRL system as well. That is something you cant replace on your own nor can you use a USED part either. It has to be programmed & the security info has to be programmed in to it as well along with some stuff for the Air Bag system has to be relearned in it using a Tech 2 & Laptop connected to GM's web site

You have a built in daytime light system with a sensor at the front dash. When the sun quits shining the daytime lights go off and you have to manually switch the lights on. Hehe, did you do that? Check the fuse!

Hello Jessica,
If you're unfamiliar with where your vehicle's fuse compartments are, there is a section in your owner's manual entitled "Electrical System" that provides diagrams and such.
We're available to help you locate a nearby GM dealership if you choose to go that route. Please email us your ZIP code.

check the fuses and relays, because those arent headlights, but daytime running lights
