chevy cobalt overdrive?

Hi I just bought a used 2006 chevy cobalt LS base model and was wondering if it had overdrive. Also is there a glove box light? And for people that own one are you happy with it? All questions I should have asked first but didnt. So thanks in advance.

No it doesn't have overdrive. I have the step up the LT and mine doesn't have it either.

If it has overdrive, you’d see a D with a ring around it on your list of available gears.



I have an ’06 Malibu, and it does not have overdrive. My ’07 Impala does.
